Details of the Apartment and Area

This privately owned apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with 2 single beds).  The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and in addition there is a second shower room/toilet.  There is also an adult size foldout armchair/single bed in the lounge area. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (including fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and full size electric cooker). However if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants to choose from locally.

The L shaped lounge area has 2 sofas, an armchair/bed and a dining table seating 4.  The apartment is air-conditioned and heated during the winter. It has a payphone, a CD radio cassette player, digital satellite television and radio with English programmes and a wide selection of books and games for all ages.

There are 2 patios - the front main patio is under cover and has a table suitable for 6 as well as a barbeque.  The rear patio is off the main bedroom and overlooks countryside. 

The complex has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated from autumn until springtime. There are 4 sun beds for you to use around the three pools as you choose. 

Hiring a car is a distinct advantage as it allows you to explore the island and there is a designated parking bay for the apartment.

The local beach (which is suitable for families with young children) is about three quarters of a mile away and can easily be walked by footpaths - in fact there are many coastal and country walks revealing parts of the island which you cannot reach by car.

Menorca is very popular with bird watchers and ramblers, and there are various publications of recommended walks to explore this beautiful island in the apartment.

The only golf course on the island is directly opposite and includes a driving range, putting green and 2 tennis courts.  Horse riding and water sports are also available locally.

Menorca is a beautiful, quiet island and an ideal 'all year round' holiday destination.

Various flight options are available all year round including the use of British Airways AirMiles via their subsidiary GB Airways.
